When I need to destress, I like to load up the Sienna with garden tools, and work on the property making trails and clearing spaces for a future retreat. Writing a new chapter in The Backstory.

Connect

My favorite thing to do is invite friends to spend a day on the farm. It is opportunity to catch up and good therapy, sharing life's burdens and trials.

Jokingly someone suggested that I was a modern-day Tom Sawyer, getting friends to do my chores by convincing them that it is fun. I assure you it is not forced labor; my goal is for them to have an enjoyable time. Helping me is strictly optional.
